Staying at this hotel was a mix of luxury and missed opportunities. The rooms were fabulously equipped with modern amenities but lacked comfort, while the location on the beautiful beach offered a great experience. The service, although trying to meet expectations, had its shortcomings and the dining options, although various, had some limitations in international dishes.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location at the southern area of Mauritius, offering beautiful views and a unique design, especially at the Rum Shed and the herb garden. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel very welcome. However, there were some delays in check-outs. The dining experience was below average, but the assortment of continental food and fruit juices was enjoyable. The rooms were perfectly located around the beach, granting easy access to all the wonderful facilities in the apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were a bit small and noisy, but they exceeded our expectations overall. Being able to go straight onto the beach with our own assigned beach chairs was fantastic, and the bathroom was truly impressive.
